封面设计说明:整体封面设计是通过巯基硅油与端乙烯基硅油的光诱导点击反应和羧基硅油与氨基硅油的热可逆动态离子交联,构建出可逆/不可逆杂化双交联有机硅三维网络,制备出一种可快速UV固化及优异自修复性的有机硅透明弹性体。受经典名著《西游记》神奇葫芦的启发,水葫芦装着弹性体的主体精髓有机硅三维网络,同时该三维网络是通过左上角透明气泡球的UV光固化技术和右上角透明气泡球中离子热交联,构建出双交联网络的聚硅氧烷三维网络。构建的弹性体具有优异自修复性能及生物相容性,可应用于3D打印人体器官及透明可穿戴弹性材料。整体设计采用仙化的水葫芦,将材料的双交联方式、自修复性能及潜在应用凝聚至一个神奇的水葫芦上,并暗喻该材料的主体贯穿网络为聚硅氧烷网络,表现出有机硅材料的主要性质,体现了中国葫芦文化的传承及材料的进步。(本期封面文章的通讯作者是中广东工业大学材料与能源学院刘晓暄教授)

Living/Controlled frustrated Lewis pair polymerization system at room-temperature incorporates four methacrylic monomers into a tripentacontablock copolymers with 50 repeating units per block within 30 min. It can be easily scaled-up to multigram experiment, requires no additional initiator or catalyst, and should inspire the polymer chemists’ enthusiasm to reopen the pandora’s box.

A set of novel and wide-bandgap conjugated polymer based on 3,4-dicyanothiophene (DCT) for efficient organic solar cells (OSCs) were developed. This work demonstrated that DCT is a promising building block for constructing wide bandgap conjugated polymer with deep HOMO level for highly efficient OSCs.

We investigated the self-assembly of ABA triblock copolymer brushes in selective solvents by different grafting methods. The results showed that a similar self-assembly morphology can be formed via different grafting methods. The grafting method mainly affects the regularity of the bottom micelle morphology.

The control of phase morphology of PP/EPR heterophase copolymer was realized by simultaneous cross-linking EPR with di(5-hexenyl)dichlorosilane (DHDCS). Di(5-hexenyl)dichlorosilane promotes efficient cross-linking of EPR chains to prevent EPR droplets from flowing and aggregateing during polymerizaiton, ensuring PP/EPR particles with good particle morphology.

双交联网络有机硅弹性体的制备及其自修复性能研究

In this paper, transparent silicon elastomers with fast UV curing rate and excellent self-healability are prepared by the reversible-irreversible hybrid dual-crosslinked network which are constructed by the photo-induced click reaction of sulfhydryl silicone oils and vinyl-terminated silicone oil, as well as the thermal reversible dynamic cross-linked network of carboxyl- and amino-modified silicone oil. Therefore, a feasible approach is provided to impart reversible ionic association induced self-healing silicone materials.

纳米粒子交联类玻璃高分子材料的动力学行为和流变行为研究

Linear rheology was used to study the differences between particle-crosslinking vitrimer and particle-filling polymer composites and the contribution of particle cage was calculated theoretically. In the particle cross-linked system, the nanoparticles can escape from the particle cage only after the dynamic covalent bond is dissociated.
