A strategy of supramolecular peptide therapeutics is introduced for improved cancer therapy. This strategy exhibited high peptide loading efficiency, prolonged blood circulation, enhanced tumor accumulation, improved anticancer efficacy, and low toxicities to the hematologic system, providing a general approach for the design and development of peptide-based pharmaceuticals.

The single-chain particles were prepared by intramolecularly crosslinking the middle block of PS1596-b-P2VP2895-b-PEO726 using 1,4-dibromobutane in the N,N-dimethylforamide. The preparation concentration of high purity single-chain particles can increase to 2.0 mg/mL by grafting tearic acids to the P2VP block via hydrogen bonding interaction before crosslinking.

We provided a microfluidics-based stepwise assembly method for the preparation of HA/PEI/DNA polyplexes with suitable size and narrow polydispersion. By adjusting key parameters of assembly, HA/PEI/DNA polyplexes with much smaller and more uniform sizes were prepared by microfluidics, compared to those prepared by traditional vortex mixing method.

As a conventional way of regulating EPR flowability, which is important for the control of polymer particle morphology in heterophasic copolymerization of propylene, in situ copolymerization of propylene with long-chain nonconjugated α,ω-diolefin discovers a nonstraightforward relation between EPR flowability and α,ω-diolefin concentration, which is due to the fact that the low reactivity of Ziegler-Natta catalysts for macromonomeric α-olefin results in slower formation of crosslinking structure than pendant unsaturation structure.

单茂钪催化苯乙烯衍生物与异戊二烯共聚合的研究

The copolymerization of isoprene and styrene derivatives such as p-chlorostyrene (St-Cl) and 4-dimethylsilyl styrene (St-SiHMe2) by (C5Me4SiMe3)Sc(CH2C6H4NMe2-o)2 has been successfully achieved to afford IP/St-Cl and IP/St-SiHMe2 copolymers with different co-monomer distribution sequences, controllable compositions, high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution.
