中国机械工程学会铸造分会代表团赴日本参加第72届世界铸造会议

    由世界铸造组织(WFO)主办、日本铸造工学会承办的第72届世界铸造会议(WFC2016)于2016年5月21-25日在日本的名古屋市举行。来自世界各国的800余位铸造工作者参加了本次会议。

 


    中国机械工程学会铸造分会组成了9人的代表团参加本次会议,代表团成员分别来自沈阳铸造研究所、暨南大学、武汉纺织大学、西华大学、浙江机电设计研究院有限公司、武汉建恒工业技术有限公司、成都新同高复合器材有限公司、嘉禾县众合铸业有限公司等。本次会议的主要内容包括:学术/技术交流、展览会、WFO执委会会议、WFO成员国代表会议及工厂参观等。
    在学术、技术交流方面,大会安排了来自中国、日本、韩国和法国四个国家的专家作了特别邀请报告,其中,代表中国作特邀报告的是WFO执委会执委、中国机械工程学会铸造分会副主任委员、沈阳铸造研究所所长娄延春研究员,他的报告题目是:“超低间隙铸造钛合金及其精密成形技术”,报告受到与会者的关注。
    会议还组织了内容丰富的专题交流活动,专题交流分为综述、铁基材料铸造与熔炼技术、有色合金铸造与熔炼技术、缺陷预防与检测、精密铸造、压铸、质量控制、数值模拟技术、节能环保、造型制芯技术、机器人及自动化、管理与教育培训等,有164篇报告在会议期间进行了专题交流;另有43篇报告通过壁报的形式进行了交流。
    有来自中国的8篇报告在本次会议期间进行了报告交流,这8篇报告分别来自沈阳铸造研究所、清华大学、大连理工大学、哈尔滨工业大学、广东省科学院、济南圣泉集团、西华大学、长泰机器人有限公司等。
    本届会议期间还举办了国际铸造展览会,近150余家单位参加了展览会。展品涉及熔炼设备及配件、造型制芯设备、压铸设备及技术、检测设备、铸造原辅材料、自动化及控制设备、测试仪器、铸件产品、计算机模拟软件、快速成型设备等。展览会现场还为中小学生组织了体验区,吸引了众多学生体验和感受铸造过程,让他们从小就接受铸造生产的教育,由此可见日本非常重视铸造行业后备人才的培养。
    5月21日,娄延春参加了WFO执委会会议,会议主要研究讨论了世界铸造组织的组织建设与发展、日常工作、财务工作、世界铸造会议的组织筹办等多项工作。娄延春在会上介绍了中国机械工程学会铸造分会负责的4个WFO技术委员会的工作情况和中国铸造业的概况,并与各位执委共同讨论了会议议题。
    5月24日,中国机械工程学会铸造分会苏仕方总干事和铸造分会常务委员李卫教授作为成员国代表,参加了WFO成员国会议。
    会议期间,代表团成员先后参加了大会开幕式,听取了大会主旨报告,参加了专题交流活动,并有多位专家做了专题交流报告。代表团成员与各国铸造界同行们进行了多领域的交流,增进了友情,促进了了解。代表团成员还参观了展览会,分不同线路分别参观了企业、大学和研究机构。
    会后,代表团应邀访问了日本铸造工学会,与日本铸造工学会事物局的领导进行了座谈。日本铸造工学会事务局局长佐藤万介夫先生向代表团介绍了日本铸造工学会开展的主要活动,特别详细地介绍了在铸造人才培训方面的工作情况。苏仕方总干事介绍了中国机械工程学会铸造分会的工作。双方共同回顾了日本铸造工学会和中国机械工程学会铸造分会开始进行互访交流机制以来所取得的成果,并希望将互访交流机制继续下去。
    此次参加世界铸造会议,学习和了解了世界铸造技术发展的现状和发展趋势,促进和加深了与世界各国铸造工作者的交流与了解。
