中国微米纳米技术学会第十八届学术年会成功召开学术资讯

由中国微米纳米技术学会主办，中国科学院电子学研究所承办的中国微米纳米学会第十八届学术年会暨微系统与纳米工程高层论坛于2016年7月28日~7月31日在北京新疆大厦成功召开。来自中国、美国、德国、加拿大、英国、法国、瑞士、韩国、日本等不同国家的逾60名业内著名专家学者参加了大会，近20名微纳领域科学家作了大会报告，历时4天的会议吸引了全球微米纳米技术领域众多高校及研究机构的逾400名专业人士参加。

中国微米纳米学会理事长、清华大学副校长尤政院士出席会议并致辞。他在开幕致辞中表示，中国微米纳米学会第十八届学术年会暨微系统与纳米工程高层论坛是微系统与纳米工程领域的一次盛会，会议的举办对我国微米纳米领域的研究具有重要意义，将有力地促进国内外该领域学者的沟通与交流，推动我国微米纳米领域研究的发展。中国微米纳米学会副理事长、西安交通大学教授蒋庄德院士对我国微米纳米领域研究的历史及现状向与会听众作了介绍。

大会报告由19位专家分4个热点方向：生命学及化学应用、微纳器件设计与加工、微纳基础研究与测量、传播与咨询，分别向大家介绍了微米纳米技术领域的发展与研究等信息：

大会报告结束后开始6个分会场的讨论，每个分会场特邀一位报告人做分会场特邀报告，特邀报告的老师分别是：赵晓锋（黑龙江大学）、张弛（中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所）、宋玉军（北京科技大学）、晏敏皓（西南科技大学）、刘遵峰（常州大学）、吴君华（南京邮电大学）。共征集论文四百余篇，大会录用论文230篇；其中有百余篇论文做分会场报告，其余做海报张贴。学术年会同期举办小型展览会，涉及：微细加工设备、MEMS软件研究开发和硬件设计制造、微纳米压印技术、仪器仪表和自动化开发、激光测振仪、光源产品及设备、纳米生物、学术期刊等行业。
