ISPRM执行委员会全球科研形式调查

　　背景：

　　ISPRM执行委员会决定建立研究工作组，旨在改善全球的科研水平。第一步计划是做一次全球的研究形势调查。

　　关于全球研究形势的调查我已准备好。这个研究工作组的同事们帮助我准备了系列问题。

　　正如我在塞浦路斯所说，我需要你的参与，我才能从这次调查中获得积极的结果。如果你能直接联系中国的同道说服他们参与这项重要的调查对我来说是非常重要的。

　　只有凭借你的个人影响力才能使得我有可能获得大量的数据并且可以在波多黎各的会议上作一个有含义的初步报告。按此模式届时有可能可以提出一个新的工作组活动计划。

　　在准备调查的过程中我们发现有许多困难，因为全世界的康复医学组织各不相同。因此我建议你们的同道在这个调查中要适应各个国家的组织。

　　填写这个调查非常简单。有许多多选题，调查的最后也设置了空白处目的是获得更多的意见和建议。

　　Dear Jianan Li,

　　I have prepared the survey regarding the research situation in the world. The Colleagues included in the research Task Force helped me in the preparation of the questions.

　　As I said in Cyprus, I now need your cooperation to obtain positive results from the survey. It is very important that you contact directly most of your Colleagues in China to persuade them of the importance of filling out this survey.

　　Only with your personal involvement will it be possible to collect a lot of data and I can present in Puerto Rico a useful preliminary report. In this modality on that occasion it will be possible to propose a new level of activity in the task force.

　　In the preparation of the survey we found some difficulty because the organization of the Rehabilitation is very different all over the world. So I suggested that you ask your Colleagues to adapt the organization of each individual country in this Survey.

　　Filling in the survey is very simple. There are multiple choice questions. I also prepared one final free space for more comments than the questions were able to include.
