乘我国成功承办ISPRM2013国际大会的东风, 2013中国先进康复医疗器械发展论坛即将于2013年7月26日在苏州举办。论坛旨在“融康复知识，汇康复领袖，议前瞻话题”，通过主旨演讲、专题讨论和现场问答的形式，分析学术热点，解读研究趋势，探讨产业动向。

论坛的主旨报告将集中在“国家康复医疗发展方针和康复医疗服务体系建设”和“国际康复医疗器材研发趋向两个核心内容。同步进行的七个分论坛将涵盖：康复医疗体系建设和质量控制、超声诊疗技术、心肺康复技术、冲击波治疗和麦肯基疗法、非手术脊柱减压技术、肌内效贴技术以及中医康复技术。论坛将充分展示了目前最先进的康复新理念、新方法、新技术、新产品，诠释康复医疗器械领域“老产品新应用、新产品新突破”的趋势。这对我国飞速发展的康复医疗事业带来了新的机遇与动力，将会为推进我们康复医疗的发展提供宝贵的经验与财富。

  超声作为临床研究工具始于1950年。高频换能器和多普勒技术的进步，促进了骨骼肌肉超声的发展。在康复工作中超声可以为软骨、韧带、肌腱和肌肉的状态提供非常有用的信息。超声检查也是诊断下尿路的首选方法，它优于其他成像技术，如尿路造影及膀胱造影。近年来，超声也被应用到定位A型肉毒毒素注射。

Using ultrasound as a clinical investigative tool started in 1950’s.Advances in technology with high frequency transducers and power Doppler ultrasound have facilitated the progressive development of musculoskeletal sonography.Ultrasound provides very useful information on the status of cartilage, ligaments, tendons and muscles In the rehabilitation work.Ultrasonography also is the preferred method of diagnosis of the lower urinary tract. It is superior to other imaging techniques, such as urography and cystography.In recent years, ultrasound has also been applied to locate botulinum toxin A injection in the treatment of muscular spasticity.

体外冲击波应用适用于肌肉、筋膜、肌腱、关节等软组织疼痛，尤其对软组织粘连和肌腱钙化有非常好的疗效。用于骨科、康复理疗、骨创伤领域、最新软组织疼痛的最佳系统治疗方案，患者在多体位治疗床上，采取最佳最舒适的体位，体外冲击波治疗仪进行治疗，治疗过程中患者的疼痛感很小，几乎是在无痛状态下治疗疼痛。治疗顽固性肌肉疼痛及骨科康复常见病种、运动系统疾病方面有显著疗效。

Extracorporeal shock wave is applied to the treatment of muscle, fascia, tendon, joints and other soft tissue pain, especially for soft tissue adhesions and tendon calcification has a very good effect. 2013中国先进康复医疗器械发展分论坛---“SDS非手术脊柱减压技术&应用”将于2013年7月26日下午13点到16点如期进行，本次分论坛由励建安教授担任大会主席。

届时国内著名康复医学专家将进行关于瑞德医疗通过太空医学技术开发的最新脊柱治疗产品—非手术脊柱减压（Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression ）技术的深入探讨。本项技术设计灵感来源于通过研究太空医学中失重状态下人体身高，脊柱椎间盘结构的变化反应。通过运用SDS?，可使背部肌肉（特别是椎旁肌肉群）处于完全松弛或近乎完全松弛的不抵抗状态，从而使椎间隙，特别是处于损伤或退变状态的椎间隙得到有效的增高，第一次实现了真正意义上的定位椎间隙的高负压（-150—200mmHg）状态。

2013 China Advanced Rehabilitation Medical Device Development Sub-Forum --- "SDS Non-surgical Spinal Decompression Technology & Applications" will be held at 13:00 pm to 16:00 on July 26, 2013 as scheduled, professor Li Jianan is the president of this sub-forum.

At that time, domestic famous rehabilitation medical experts will deeply discuss RYZUR MEDICAL’s latest spinal therapeutic product--- Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, which was developed by the technology of space medicine.

   This technology was inspired by the study of changes and reaction of human height and spinal disc structure under the state of weightlessness in space medicine. By use of SDS?, it allows  back muscles (especially paraspinal muscles) to be fully or nearly fully relaxed non-resistance state, so that the intervertebral space, especially the intervertebral space that is injured or degenerative is effectively increased, it is the first time to achieve a real sense of a state of positioning intervertebral high vacuum (-150-200mmHg).
