聚焦2021青科会丨2021世界青年科学家峰会“数字科技标准创新”论文征集活动开始了！

各专家、学者：

　　数字科技作为新一轮全球化的重要推动力量，具有国际通用的话语体系，并正在创建经济全球化的新秩序。中国作为数字科技大国，当前的发展水平和能力已经取得国际领先地位。在数字科技发展的今天，国际上呼吁改变现状、建立新机制的声音越来越大，这就需要通过标准在全球经济治理体系和经贸合作发展中发挥更加重要的桥梁纽带作用。

　　世界青年科学家峰会是由中国科学技术协会和浙江省人民政府主办，浙江省科学技术协会和温州市人民政府承办的国际会议，来自世界各地的诺贝尔奖得主、院士专家、青年科学家、领军企业家、创投家将相聚一堂，交流思想，探讨未来。2019年获国家主席习近平致贺信，2020年获联合国秘书长古特雷斯致信。2021世界青年科学家峰会于11月初召开，届时将举办各种高端学术交流、科学传播、产业对接、国际赛事等活动，凸显“全球视野、国际议题、中国声音”。

　　为此国家技术标准创新基地（智能计算）、浙江省智能技术标准创新促进会、《中国标准化》杂志社面向全球、共同发起、组织开展2021年世界青年科学家标准化论文征集活动，录用论文将在《标准科学》杂志刊登，优秀论文可在论坛期间进行主旨演讲。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、论文主题 

　　围绕“数字科技标准创新、数字科技领域重要标准研制”主题，内容包括但不限于数字科技标准化工作实践、研究成果，以及标准化工作新思路、新观点、新视角等，论文题目由作者拟定。

二、征集内容 

　　（一）智能计算标准化

　　（二）智能制造标准化

　　（三）智能系统标准化

　　（四）数字贸易标准化

　　（五）智慧城市标准化

　　（六）金融科技标准化

三、具体要求 

　　（一）征文需内容翔实、论点清晰，并提供中英文双语文件，建议结合实际工作阐述论点，论文要素包括题目、摘要、正文等，格式要求见附件。

　　（二）免责声明：凡是参与征文投稿作者，稿件一经发送，就等于认可并向主办方自动声明自己的投稿征文符合未经发表、作品原创的原则。来稿不退，如有版权纠纷，与主办方无关。

　　（三）请征文投稿作者于9月15日前将论文电子版（word）及主要作者简介及联系方式发至：office@zaits.org.cn 。

Notice on Call for Papers of "Digital Technology Standard Innovation" for the 2021 World Young Scientist Summit

Dear experts and scholars:

　　As an important driving force for a new round of globalization and an internationally accepted language, digital technology is reshaping economic globalization. China has a leading position in the development of digital technology. At present, the voices calling for changes and the establishment of new mechanisms are becoming increasingly louder. Standards are needed to serve as a bridge in global economic governance system and the development of economic and trade cooperation.

　　The World Young Scientist Summit is an international conference hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, and organized by Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology and Wenzhou Municipal People's Government. Nobel Prize winners, academicians, experts, young scientists, leading entrepreneurs and venture capitalists from all over the world will gather together to exchange ideas and explore future trends. In 2019, Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the summit; in 2020, the UN Secretary-General Guterres sent a letter to the summit. The 2021 World Young Scientist Summit will be held in early November. Various high-end academic exchange, scientific communication, industrial connection, international competitions and other activities will be held at that time, highlighting the "global vision, international issues, and Chinese voice".

　　To this end, the National Technology Standard Innovation Base (Intelligent Computing), Zhejiang Promotion Association for Intelligent Technology Standards Innovation, and China Standardization Press jointly initiated and organized the global activity of Call for Paper of Standardization for the 2021 World Young Scientist Summit. The accepted papers will be published in Standard Science Magazine. The authors of excellent papers can make keynote speeches during the summit. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

　　1. Paper topic

　　The topic focuses on "Digital Technology Standard Innovation and Development of Important Standards in the Field of Digital Technology". The content includes but is not limited to digital technology standardization work practices, research results, as well as new ideas, new views, and new perspectives on standardization work. The title of the paper is drafted by the author.

　　2. Content

　　(1) Standardization of Intelligent Computing

　　(2) Standardization of Intelligent Manufacturing

　　(3) Standardization of Intelligent Systems

　　(4) Standardization of Digital Trade

　　(5) Standardization of Smart City

　　(6) Standardization of Financial Technology

　　3. Specific requirements

　　(1) The paper needs to be informative and clear in content.  Chinese and English versions should be provided. It is recommended that the arguments should be elaborated on the basis of actual work. The elements of the paper include title, abstract, main body, etc., and the format requirements are shown in the attachment.

　　(2) Disclaimer: All authors who send their paper, once the paper is sent, are regarded as consenting that the author declares to the host that the submitted paper is not ever published and is the author’s original work. Received papers will not be returned. Any copyright dispute is not relevant with the host and organizer.

附件：论文格式要求

　　1.论文应为作者原创，不得抄袭、拼凑他人研究成果，不涉及保密问题，文责自负。

　　2.文章字数控制在3800-6000字。

　　3.文章必备要素：中英文标题、作者姓名、作者单位、摘要、关键词，正文，参考文献，作者简介（学历、职称、职务、研究方向）。

　　4.多位作者和工作单位，用序号对应标注。

　　5.图和表用阿拉伯数字分别排序，并在文中予以提示，图名在图下方，表头在表的上方。如：在第一个图下面写“图 1×××” ，文章中对应部分写“如图 1 所示”。表上写“表 1×××”，文中对应部分写“见表 1”。

　　6.各级标题号一级用“１”，二级用“１．１”，三级用“１．１．１”，再下级可以用“（1）”、“1）”。

　　7.数字用法：凡是公历世纪、年代、年、月、日、时刻、各种记数、计量均用阿拉伯数字。

　　8. 参 考 文 献 稿 件 中 的 参 考 文 献 其 格 式 请 参 照GB/T 7714-2015《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》，表达方式如下：

　　i.[期刊]主要责任者.文献题名[J].刊名,年,卷(期):起止页码.

　　ii.[书籍]主要责任者.文献题名[文献类型标识].出版地:出版者,出版年:起止页码.
