The insecurity of the digital signature scheme with one-time pair of keys was demonstrated. It was shown that the above system was capable of arbitrarily producing another valid message signature on the message, if a data item of the signer's certificate and a message's signature were provided. A modified version of the scheme for preventing the security flaw was proposed.
