S05 肿瘤干细胞与微环境

肿瘤干细胞在多种肿瘤的发生和发展过程中发挥着决定性的作用，是导致肿瘤复发、转移和放化疗耐受的根源。肿瘤干细胞能通过特殊的代谢模式和特定分泌因子的表达变化，适应甚至改造所处的肿瘤微环境，在肿瘤与肿瘤微环境相互作用过程中所发挥的特殊作用，从而促进了肿瘤的发展以及治疗耐受。该分会场将邀请全国知名专家学者，讨论肿瘤干细胞与微环境互作研究领域的最新成果和重要进展。

Cancer stem cells play a decisive role in the initiation and development of various tumors, and are the root cause of tumor recurrence, metastasis, and resistance to radio-/chemo-therapy. Cancer stem cells (CSC) can adapt to or even modify the tumor microenvironment. CSCs have special metabolic and expression patterns and play a special role in the interaction between tumor and tumor microenvironment, thereby promoting the development of cancer and treatment tolerance. The p will invite well-known experts and scholars from across the country to discuss the latest achievements and important progress in the research field of the interaction between CSC and microenvironment.
